Payment Method

We accept the following payment methods.

Shipping method and Shipping charge

◾ International shipping (Shopping from outside Japan)

We use UPS, DHL and/or EMS service depending on the area. *Please note you cannot select shipping method.

We charge the following rates depending on area, up to a total gross weight (including packaging) of 2 kg. The shipping charge including full value of insurance will be:

North America/ Central America: JPY4500

Europe: JPY5500

East Asia (Except for PR of CHINA)/ South East Asia: JPY3500
** Please note that presently we CANNOT ship to mainland China.

Oceania/ South Asia: JPY4500

Middle East/ Africa: JPY6000

For parcels exceeding 2 kg, extra charges apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please confirm calculated international shipping charges on the checkout screen.

Regarding international delivery schedule, we usually ship within 4 to 5 business days by UPS/ DHL or EMS.

Under ordinary conditions, international shipping will take approximately 1 week to a maximum of 4 weeks depending on the destination.

We carefully pack all orders, however, in the rare chance damage occurs during delivery, simply do not accept the package, and check the contents together with local postal staff.

◾ Japanese domestic shipping

We use Japan Post.

Delivery charge: As follows (including consumption tax)
*Free shipping for purchases of JPY11,000 or more.  For purchases of less than JPY11,000 the following applies.

Hokkaido 1,400 yen

Tohoku region (Aomori, Akita, Iwate, Miyagi, Yamagata, Fukushima) 1,000 yen

Okinawa and remote islands 1,300 yen

Other than above: 660 yen


For orders from outside Japan, the price shown does NOT include costs such as VAT, import duty, tax and other unpredictable charges from middleman and agents. In case of these unexpected charges, these will be paid by the customers. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office or its agents.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges from SHAQUDA.

We DO NOT under-value merchandise or mark the item as a "GIFT" on customs forms.

Doing so is against international laws.

Return Policy

Please understand that this return policy applies to any of the following conditions and does not apply to damage, incorrect ordering, or dissatisfaction of or by the customer.

We will exchange products, if damage or incorrect ordering is solely the fault of SHAQUDA, in accordance with the following procedure;

  1. Notify us of the damage with detailed and reasonable explanation within 30 days after delivery.
  2. Return the damaged item to the designated place as it was originally shipped or follow the instruction of our staff.
  3. Use the enclosed packing slip, when returning damaged products.

In the rare case in which we cannot supply the original ordered items, refunds will be issued.
